IF RACHEL DOES NOT SEND IN HER NOMINATIONS BY 3:00PM EST TODAY, AUGUST 15TH SHE WILL BE AUTOMATIC NOMINATED AND THE SECOND PLACE WINNER OF THE HOH WILL BE NAMED...WHICH WOULD BE A TIE BETWEEN MICHAEL AND HOWIE, AND THERE WILL BE A TIE-BREAKER QUESTION. THANK YOU.
